Fluent in five languages, she works throughout the firm's global network, supporting executive search efforts across multiple regions. As a key member of the delivery team, Lavinia has contributed to placing top leadership roles, including CEO, Board, VP, CHRO, CFO, and other C-level positions, with many of these placements resulting from her strategic sourcing efforts. She operates across several sectors, including Business & Professional Services, Consumer, Technology & Software, Industrial Technology & Energy Transition, Private Equity, and Financial Services & Real Assets.
