Lavinia Blanckenstein joined H.I.E.C in autumn 2023 after completing her Bachelor's degree in International Business Management. Fluent in five languages, she works throughout the firm's global network, supporting executive search efforts across multiple regions. As a key member of the delivery team, Lavinia has contributed to placing top leadership roles, including CEO, Board, VP, CHRO, CFO, and other C-level positions, with many of these placements resulting from her strategic sourcing efforts. She operates across several sectors, including Business & Professional Services, Consumer, Technology & Software, Industrial Technology & Energy Transition, Private Equity, and Financial Services & Real Assets.
