She has experience in psychometric validation, behavioural assessment and organisational culture analysis, and is passionate about creating psychologically safe workplaces through great leadership and culture. Ai-Mee has worked across the health, not-for-profit and private sectors, and has led projects to redesign workplace systems and drive efficiency.
