Ai-Mee holds a Master of Psychology (Organisational) from Deakin University. She has experience in psychometric validation, behavioural assessment and organisational culture analysis, and is passionate about creating psychologically safe workplaces through great leadership and culture.

Ai-Mee has worked across the health, not-for-profit and private sectors, and has led projects to redesign workplace systems and drive efficiency. She is known for her thoughtful, approachable and collaborative style.
