Chris began his recruitment career in a consulting role with an US based international recruitment firm, specifically focusing on the placement of advertising professionals in both creative and account management roles within global advertising networks. Several years later, he launched their marketing recruitment arm in Australia and managed a team of consultants, before taking a role with a boutique, Melbourne based FMCG marketing search firm as a senior consultant. Aside from his recruitment career, Chris is the founder and CEO of Australia’s most popular performing arts website, TheatrePeople.com.au and is an award-winning theatrical actor and director. He’s an accomplished musician and writer and his love of the arts extends to drawing and painting.
