Mirna Sanchez is a unique talent: an industrial engineer with a passion for both process and people. For over a decade, Mirna worked in her family business, DAG Consulting in Nicaragua, eventually becoming its President in 2017 after the death of her father, the company’s founder. Mirna was responsible for DAG’s clients across the Central American region directing projects including strategy, management, human resources, commercial, distribution and financial improvement. She developed a portfolio of skills including executive coaching, team building, talent management, strategy and organizational process. Mirna maintained and grew DAG's client base with a quick understanding of complex issues and commitment to communication in both individual and team performance. Her attention to process detail and her knowledge of people and culture produced business results and helped clients create successful work environments. In 2018, Mirna moved to the United States and joined Latin America Executive Search Consultants because she felt aligned with the company’s values, high standards and personal approach. As a Senior Consultant, she brings her unique knowledge and expertise to the firm’s service offerings: CEO succession planning, board assessments, corporate governance, and the recruitment of senior executives, chairmen, and directors. Mirna has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and postgraduate work in Operations and Logistics from Universidad Americana (UAM) in Managua, Nicaragua. She is fluent in Spanish and English.
