Latin America Executive Search Consultants

We are a boutique Executive Search firm with over 25 years of serving the United States, Latin America, Europe and the Caribbean.

Our goal is always to be the best rather than the biggest. This is shown in our collaborative, personalized approach to service, our commitment to long-term client relationships, and our focus on providing in-depth knowledge in clearly defined markets and sectors.

Latin America Executive Search Consultants was founded in Brazil in 2008 by Jean Callahan out of the buyout of A.T. Kearney Consultants, Executive Search business in Latin America. The firm expanded by listening to our clients’ needs to open up offices in Mexico City, Miami, Bogota, Colombia and Tampa. Our firm has global methodologies,
a regional presence and is a unique Latin American Executive Search practice.

Every organization in every industry in every locale needs dynamic, effective leaders who can bring their organizations to the future sooner rather than later.

Here, at Latin America Executive Search, we bring exactly what your organization needs to get these all-important skill sets in place. As a boutique executive search and leadership management firm with more than 25 years of experience serving the Latin American and U.S Hispanic market, we provide not only the experience but the stellar customer service and unparalleled personal attention that will empower your organization.
