She specialises in the appointment of executive leadership Group General Counsel/Chief Legal Officer and portfolio roles, Group Company Secretaries, General Counsel and Company Secretaries, and their senior direct reports, along with senior Governance and Compliance professionals. Angela offers extensive executive search experience. Working across all industry sectors, she has partnered with major international corporations, ASX-listed and private companies, government departments and statutory authorities, as well as not-for-profit and community/social services organisations. In addition, Angela undertakes select Chief Executive Officer and senior leadership appointments for organisations such as local councils, Victorian statutory authorities, professional member and industry associations, and not-for-profit and community/social services organisations. As a qualified lawyer, Angela has a genuine interest in the application of the law, governance, regulation and compliance, in a business context.
