Omera Partners

For over two decades Omera Partners has been recognised as one of the most experienced, diverse, and innovative executive search firms in the Asia-Pacific region.

Our collaborative approach brings together quantitative and qualitative research along with our Partners’ deep industry knowledge, networks, and insights.

We invest in knowing your market, many of the challenges your organisation faces and the visionary people you need in leadership roles to drive sustainable success.

In 2002, our co-founders Ciaran Donovan and Matt Hagen wanted to transform executive search.

They saw a need for a firm that combined proven quantifiable research processes with the intangible contemporary instinct that only ground-breaking search practitioners possess.

They believed that leading corporations, government entities and not-for-profits deserved to be connected with pre-eminent established and emerging leadership talent.

Today, with a formidable footprint throughout Australia and powerful global partnerships, Omera Partners has successfully completed over 1000 board assignments and north of 3500 executive placements - more than any other Australian headquartered advisory firm.

For clients, and candidates, Omera Partners is where greatness is found.
