For over 22 years, Heather Eddy has worked with nonprofits and institutions to build capacity. Heather’s primary passion is helping organizations achieve excellence through building strong, capable, and diverse leadership teams. She leads most of the firm’s searches for CEO/ED level roles and specializes in working with clients in some state of Board or Staff transition. Heather co-founded KEES in 2013 as an expansion of Alford Executive Search after serving for 17 years in multiple executive leadership roles with The Alford Group, a national consulting firm that partners with nonprofits and provides fundraising and organizational strategy consulting.
