For over 22 years, Heather Eddy has worked with nonprofits and institutions to build capacity. Heather’s primary passion is helping organizations achieve excellence through building strong, capable, and diverse leadership teams. She leads most of the firm’s searches for CEO/ED level roles and specializes in working with clients in some state of Board or Staff transition.
