Deep works across Asia Pacific in diverse geographies such as Australia, Bangladesh, China, India, Indonesia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam. After studying law at St Catherine’s College, Oxford University where she was the David Blank Scholar, Deep practised as a corporate M&A lawyer, at magic circle and tier1 law firms in Sydney, London, and Los Angeles for almost a decade. Having transitioned to global executive search over 15 years ago because of a moment of serendipity, she has over the years honed her skills in leadership advisory work, including executive assessments, and holds the full suite of Hogan certifications.
