With over 20 years in Executive Search and 15 years specialising in Board level assignments, Hermina has formed strong relationships that ensures she finds greatness for each client. Hermina’s lateral thinking and exceptional networking skills enable her to deliver solutions which often exceed on our clients' requirements and expectations. As an accomplished and experienced Research Manager, Hermina specialises in the delivery of Global Board research assignments across multiple industries including Financial Services, Property, Infrastructure and Consumer. She is a results driven professional with exceptional levels of candidate and client service. Talented in spearheading and championing growth within Omera Partners, Hermina has also helped to establish and drive the Board practice. Hermina hails from a professional services background (both accounting and legal), where she worked managing teams and 300 national events and marketing activity. Her international experience includes time with Deloitte, as a member of the leadership team in London prior to returning to Australia and commencing her successful career in Executive Search.
