He is a Bachelors in Engineering (Computer Science) and Masters in Business Administration and has worked with large organisations like Korn/Ferry, Siemens, Datamatics Staffing Services, etc in the Professional Services and Manufacturing space. Prior to joining AIMS International, Ashish was working with Birlasoft as Vice President RMG – TAG handling all recruitments for India and APAC region
