Ashish has nearly two decades of market experience serving clients in the talent management space, He has built a successful practice advising companies on CXO and leadership hiring across multiple functional disciplines of both established and emerging technology in the Information Technology, ITES, Telecom and Professional Services sectors. He is a Bachelors in Engineering (Computer Science) and Masters in Business Administration and has worked with large organisations like Korn/Ferry, Siemens, Datamatics Staffing Services, etc in the Professional Services and Manufacturing space.

Prior to joining AIMS International, Ashish was working with Birlasoft as Vice President RMG – TAG handling all recruitments for India and APAC region
