Ainara has more than 15 years recruitment and line management experience at PageGroup. She has recruited executive and board level profiles for a broad range of clients, from family business to multinational companies across different sectors. She believes in the ability of leaders to transform organizations and generate impact beyond business. Ainara joined PageGroup Spain in 2003 and she moved to Chile in 2013. Having experience leading multicultural teams, she is Senior Partner in Page Executive Chile and she has a coordinator role for Page Executive LATAM.
