She spent 15 years with the consumer products industry and worked at corporate organizations and agencies supporting new product development with consumer insights prior to starting her recruiting career 5 years ago. She is experienced with recruiting talent in sales, marketing, e-commerce, finance, operations and engineering roles. She enjoys conversations where she can match career paths with our clients’ talent needs. She also likes to gather with friends and family around a dinner table. Sylvia has a BS in Biology, a Masters in Applied English Linguistics as well as an MBA.
