Russell is an Associate Partner in our Board Practice where he specialises in conducting board searches and assessments for Australia’s leading organisations. Having joined Omera Partners in 2004 to establish our research team, Russell now uses his extensive experience in Board research in his current role where he will gain a deep understanding of the organisation, the broader industry, and the specific Board requirements foreach placement. In this role, Russell employs a bespoke systems approach that he has developed over his 25-year career, with the aim of repeatable success. Using this process, alongside his deep industry experience, allows Russell to uncover individuals who align with the client's requirements whilst also challenging their thinking by bringing unique qualities that will help them drive success. He is tireless in his mission to help our clients find exceptional, diverse Board members.
