He worked as CEO and managing director at various companies and founded a niche consultancy in the TMT sector. For several years he was chairman of the supervisory board of a leading headhunting company in Germany. He also worked as a professor of business administration. On the weekends in summer, Karl-Heinz enjoys creating modern pictures in his garden. In winter he hikes with enthusiasm on mountain lakes in Bavaria.
