Karl-Heinz is a senior partner at THRONSBERG and your experienced sparring partner for career development and executive search with decades of international experience in strategy consulting, business transformation and coaching. Karl-Heinz is a graduate economist and completed his studies and doctorate (Dr. rer. Pol.) At the University of Augsburg. He began his career as a management consultant at Roland Berger. He worked as CEO and managing director at various companies and founded a niche consultancy in the TMT sector. For several years he was chairman of the supervisory board of a leading headhunting company in Germany. He also worked as a professor of business administration.

On the weekends in summer, Karl-Heinz enjoys creating modern pictures in his garden. In winter he hikes with enthusiasm on mountain lakes in Bavaria. He enjoys having stimulating conversations all year round.
