Joss is based in Omera Partners’ Brisbane office and specialises in the mining and resources sector, partnering with the mining community to help strengthen and grow one of our most important sectors, not only for Australia but also globally. Joss has more than 20 years successful track record in executive search in multiple sectors in the UK and Australia, at C-Suite level and across functional pillars including finance, sales, operations, marketing and human resources. Joss relocated to Australia in 2007, basing in Perth, Brisbane and Melbourne, where he re-launched and successfully led a national executive search brand for a global firm. In 2020 he relocated back to Brisbane and also established and ran his own boutique executive search firm. He joined Omera Partners in 2024.
