The strong growth in cross border property investments has brought an increased international ownership of the real estate industry. This means a need to establish and develop local organizations with the best suitable executives, managers and specialists to execute the business plans of the investors. Based on my background of 25+ years in the real estate industry, as CFO of an international property investment company and as senior director of international funds and asset managers, I understand the processes and requirements of the industry that are necessary for defining the profiles of new recruits.
