“I applied to a position that BlueBird posted on their site for a AE position working with a Martech company. Lydia reached out to me to schedule a call for an interview in two days, which was great, but then completely ignored my emails and Linkedin messages. I messaged her the day we scheduled the interview because the job description had explosive safety, demolition, combat engineering, army, power tools, and other qualifications that I did not understand why I would need for a sales position with a MarTech company. She never responded. The day of our meeting, she sends me an email 20 minutes before the start stating that I did not accept her invite, which I did, and asked if we were still meeting. I responded right back to her within minutes, and 15min before our scheduled time, and she still did not show up. I waited on our meeting for 10 minutes and she did not show at all. I emailed her and expressed my disappointment, and she did not email me back at all. No apology, no rescheduled, nothing. I have never felt so disrespected during a job interview process in my life. I took time out of my work day to meet with Lydia, and I was not even worth a response or even cancellation. I would advise you find someone else to work with because this was highly unprofessional.”
