After running a startup incubator for Maastricht University Lydia became excited about SaaS and looked for a Business Development role. She landed at Mendix and after a year she was managing a team of 9 SDRs covering the UK, Ireland, and International Markets. She was eventually responsible for Partner Sales across the UK. Whether startups, SDRs, partners, or talent, Lydia gets energy out of supporting others in their journey and making sure they're having fun in the process.
