As a result, she is able to find a right way to customize and implement solutions to fit with any context of organization Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Joanna was a Director in KPMG, leading People & Change division in Singapore & Indonesia. She also has been working with global consulting firms including Deloitte and Accenture during her 18 years tenure in consulting industry.
