Joanna Yordan

Joanna has 18 years experience in consulting work with expertise in Change Management, Organization Transformation, Organization Design, Enterprise Performance Management (including process and KPI mapping) and Human Capital Transformation. She has worked across various industries including upstream & downstream energy operations, multi-national banking, telecommunications and FMCG, which some of projects involved complex digital transformation

She has a regional and global experience, including Indonesia. Her selected clients amongst others, were BHP, Shell, Pertamina, Symantec, Sanofi, AIA, Standard Chartered Bank, Telkomsel, and 1st tier family-owned businesses in Indonesia as well as regional

As Joanna has broader exposure in different maturity of process, organization, and culture, as a result of her wide experience in global and regional. As a result, she is able to find a right way to customize and implement solutions to fit with any context of organization

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Joanna was a Director in KPMG, leading People & Change division in Singapore & Indonesia. She also has been working with global consulting firms including Deloitte and Accenture during her 18 years tenure in consulting industry.
