Pavla Gloserová is Consultant at Odgers Berndtson in Prague. Her experience in executive search comes from a broad range of industries: Financial Services, Energy, Professional Services, Entertainment & Media and Industrial. Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, she was Head of Research for a leading executive search firm. Her consultancy background also includes talent management advisory and assessment work. Before she became a consultant, she held a position of an investigative journalist in two prime dailies reporting on business news. Pavla holds a degree in company management from the University of Economics in Prague.
