Biography
As an Occupational and Organizational Psychologist I have more than ten years of international experience in executive recruitment. Over the past five years I have been responsible for filling various senior management positions. My specialization lies in commercial, technical and general management positions within the B2B and B2C sector.
I am convinced that successful organizations ultimately distinguish themselves by attracting the right people and are able to commit them to them for the longer term through talent management. Organizations will increasingly have to focus on candidates who are not actively seeking in the labor market, which will lead to higher quality and better operating results.
In my work as a consultant I distinguish myself through my strongly customer-oriented, results-oriented approach with broad knowledge in the field of leadership, organizations and what moves people. Thanks to my years of experience in executive recruitment, I am quickly able to find the optimal match between the organization and the ideal candidate.
