As an Occupational and Organizational Psychologist I have more than ten years of international experience in executive recruitment. Over the past five years I have been responsible for filling various senior management positions. My specialization lies in commercial, technical and general management positions within the B2B and B2C sector.

I am convinced that successful organizations ultimately distinguish themselves by attracting the right people and are able to commit them to them for the longer term through talent management.
