Conner graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University with a degree in Sport Management. He takes pride in working with candidates to learn their unique skills to further professional growth.

Outside of the office, Conner loves being outdoors hiking, canoeing, and watching or playing sports. He also enjoys spending time with his wife.
