Laura joined Eric Salmon & Partners in 1999. She initially specialised in the industrial and private equity sectors, mainly on top management positions at national and international levels. She then focused on Leadership Advisory Services, working with clients on talent management issues and conducting management appraisals and succession planning projects across a variety of business sectors. Laura is an Italian national. She holds a degree in Communication Sciences from IULM University and is a Certified Professional Coach (ICF).
