Graduated with a DESS in Diplomacy and International Negotiation from the University of Paris - Sud as well as a Master's degree in Private Law and Political Science from the University of Paris X - Nanterre, he worked at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Mauritius and then at within the consulting firm Burson-Marsteller.
