Prior to launching her career in executive search, Pia worked in the design of tailor-made educational programs for universities in Chile in collaboration with other universities in North America. Pia’s career in executive search began in 2002 when she partnered with Isabel Walker to create the retained executive search firm – InQuest Consultores.

In May 2021, InQuest Consultores merged it’s retained executive search practice with The ExeQfind Group and professional recruitment practice with The QualiFind Group. InQuest Consultores will continue forward as a human resources and compensation structures consulting practice for Latin America.

Pia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidad de Santiago de Chile. She also is a certified Business Coach and has completed Universidad Diego Portales’ Leadership program for Female Board and Corporate Governance.

Pia has served as the Regional Leader of the Americas for IRC Global Executive Search Partners.
