Biography
My early interest in economic relationships and working with people and teams led me to study education with a focus on adult education at the University of Hamburg. After completing my studies, I acquired additional qualifications as a certified business coach (DVCT), management trainer and process facilitator, as well as certification as an RMP Master (Reiss Motivation Profile) and the 9 Levels Model for integral personnel and organizational culture according to Spiral Dynamics, Graves.
Since I started my career, I have spent over 20 years building up HR expertise in very different corporate contexts. I started out as an employee in the insurance and logistics industry until I moved to Berenberg Bank in Hamburg in 2001 and supported the HR side of the company for almost 15 years in its international growth and various change processes.
Since 2015, I have been self-employed as an HR consultant and HR interim manager and have set up HR departments and supported HR digitization and process optimization projects and restructuring in various companies in the digital and startup environment, the real estate and financial sectors, as well as IT and large municipal companies in the public sector. I continue to pursue this task with the same passion as my work as a senior partner at HR Recruitment & Interim AG.
I find the sustainable energy for my professional tasks in my role as father of my two almost grown-up children as well as my passion for sports cars from Zuffenhausen, surfing and active sports.
