I relocated to Manchester and began my recruitment journey in 2020, just before the pandemic, specialising in the U.S. Tech market. From there, I shifted into Graduate Rec2Rec, supporting businesses across Manchester by introducing them to exceptional entry-level and emerging talent. Following this, I stepped into an internal Talent Attraction position within a large recruitment group, where I was responsible for hiring across the UK and APAC regions. In that role, I focused on bringing in consultants at varying stages of their careers, from juniors through to experienced hires. Now at FIFTEEN WEST, I’m drawing on over five years of expertise to help U.S. firms connect with outstanding entry-level and developing talent with 0-2 years experience in recruitment. My style is collaborative, open, and people-focused. I approach every conversation with drive, perspective, and genuine care. For me, recruitment is about meaningful connections, not just placements.
