Harold is an associate for the People, Talent & Legal practice in True's London office. Harold started his recruitment journey at Oakleaf Partnership, an international HR contingency recruitment firm. He then joined Russell Reynolds as a research associate, delivering several assignments for global organizations across retail, financial services, telco and VC/PE-backed/public businesses. Harold has a strong passion for people and business, his experience includes responsibility for the analysis of various markets and sectors, relationship/network building across all levels of HR and the overall management of projects for clients. Harold received a Bachelor of Science in business studies from the University of Hertfordshire.
