She obtained her diploma in textile engineering from the University of Kaiserslautern and went on to pursue a successful career in various executive roles, primarily in sales, marketing, and as Vice President for the EMEA region, specializing in the chemical, textile, and paper industries. Beate has built a broad network within these sectors as well as in the retail fashion industry. With a passion for both developing people’s talents and expanding businesses regionally and internationally, Beate is well-versed in understanding and meeting the needs of different cultures in a global context due to her extensive worldwide experience.
