Mike is a Partner at Clarity, the international Executive Search firm specialising in the Consumer, Retail & Hospitality sectors. His experience spans the consumer products spectrum, from FMCG to consumer durables/technology to ingredients, working with both large-scale multinationals and high growth, entrepreneurial (and, often, founder-led) businesses. Mike focuses on Chair, CEO and MD roles, but also brings functional expertise in Marketing, Finance, Technology, Sales/Revenue Management, Supply Chain, HR, R&D, Quality, Sustainability and Regulatory. He has personally led searches in over 15 countries and conducted a range of global talent mapping projects. Prior to Clarity, Mike was a Senior Partner at Korn Ferry and also built the Consumer Products practice at a leading boutique search firm. His search career spans 20 years and, previously, he spent 10 years in the art world, working for two of the leading auction-houses before joining the start-up team for one of the first online art platforms.
