With a Master’s degree in Technology Transfer and European Project Financing from ISTIA in Angers, Aurélie Piquet began her professional career as an HRIS project manager in industry in Paris. She worked on the deployment of engineering projects on technical subjects at an international level. She then joined a recruitment firm specializing in optics and photonics related to the aerospace, aeronautics, and defense sectors. In 2019, she joined the sourcing team at Grant Alexander in Nantes. In 2024, she moved into a position as a headhunting consultant within the Technologies practice.
