He is focused on strategy and transformation hiring, helping clients hire professionals with backgrounds at McKinsey, Bain, BCG, and other leading consulting firms. Since joining the firm in 2008, he has worked with private equity firms, portfolio companies, and corporates across a range of industries including retail, FMCG, media, financial services, healthcare, advertising, and hospitality. He has hired into both permanent and interim/project consulting positions. Prior to executive search, David worked in the car rental industry.
