Throughout my career I have taken on various responsibilities within HR support, internal process and HR transformation, coaching, mentoring and leadership. My studies in Psychology, with a major in Work & Organizational Psychology made me experienced in working heavily on data and analysis, which is still a part of my day to day, being IT-literate and familiar with aptitude and personnel diagnostics as well as scientific research.
