Nicole Elliott joined JBM in 2013 after working for Eli Lilly & Co in Finance, Clinical Research, Global Medical Quality and Management. She is an Executive Search Consultant focusing on healthcare, finance, and administration roles. Nicole has a unique analytical, personal and technical approach that results in optimal candidates who match both the position specifications and company culture. Nicole also manages JBM Operations, including the website maintenance, communications, marketing, and job description management. ​Nicole earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with high honors from the University of Illinois - Urbana/Champaign.
