Martha began her career in a FTSE 250 recruitment business, where she developed a strong foundation in talent identification and placements within the finance and treasury space, later moving into executive search with expertise with complex finance searches. Martha is passionate about building genuine relationships and ensuring that every search is conducted with integrity and transparency. Her approach is built on honesty, kindness, and a deep understanding of each client’s unique needs. This people-first approach is something she deeply believes in and strives to maintain. Outside of work, Martha is an avid ultra-marathon runner, which keeps her driven and focused, and has taught her to never be afraid of a challenge. She also enjoys taking trips in her campervan with her dog, Sully, exploring the mountains and enjoying the great outdoors.
