“I am a graduate historian with a focus on constitutional, social and economic history and a minor in economics. I discovered my passion for HR issues while I was still studying and started my career in 2008 at a Cologne-based HR consultancy. This was specialized in the construction, mechanical and plant engineering sectors. In 2010 I followed the call to Frankfurt and, in addition to various industrial companies, also looked after several consulting firms. I have been advising my clients on behalf of Headgate GmbH since 2015, mostly from the construction or logistics sector. An environment that is highly dynamic and innovative is important to me. In addition, I would like to help shape things, bring in ideas and be able to implement them. At the same time, the focus must be on the customer and candidate and everything must be geared towards offering them the best possible service. That's exactly what I found at Headgate and I look forward to making a dent in the universe together with a great team and impressing our clients and candidates every day. In addition to my continuing affinity for history, I dedicate my free time to basketball, both as a player and as a coach. Developing my players – individually and as a team – is a task that has fascinated me for many years. I like to travel, learn about new cultures and broaden my horizons.”
