Crawford is a Consultant at Dore Partnership, based in the New York office. She is responsible for executing searches across a broad range of investment management client firms. Prior to joining Dore Partnership she was a Private Banker at J.P. Morgan and began her career in Institutional Equity Sales at Citigroup. Crawford holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Washington and Lee University.
