Excellence at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, Texas, New Mexico, Montana & Oklahoma. During his tenure, the Center of Excellence implemented a large-scale coaching transformation program for operational leaders, improved member NPS across three lines of business and reduced Department of Insurance complaints across all five plan states.

Prior to BCBS, he served as a Managing Consultant at Gallup Consulting. There, he served as a leader in the Healthcare practice, earning the Chairman's Council designation twice for highest client satisfaction and new business development. His role entailed partnering with provider, payer and medical device senior leaders on a variety of organizational and human capital challenges, including patient experience, physician engagement and cultural transformation.

Andrew holds a B.S. and an MBA from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign with a specialization in Healthcare Management & Finance. He received his emergency clinical training as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT-B) at Weiss Memorial Hospital in Chicago.
