John has been recruiting in Wealth Management since early 2000’s. He spent 7 years on the “inside” heading up the recruiting efforts for Lehman/Barclays Wealth Management. In 2014 he founded Kinetics Consulting which merged in early 2018 with Hanover. John is based in Stowe, VT focusing mainly in the East Coast working on both retained searches, developing new clients, and working with Financial Advisors. When he is not spending time with his wife & 2 teen kids, he enjoys Alpine & Nordic skiing, road and mountain biking & driving his race car at tracks.
