Sam has amassed a nearly 15-year tenure in the Healthcare IT industry. He began his career in staffing with a startup and helped to take it from zero to profitability by identifying and partnering with mid-level to enterprise-level clients. During this time, Sam successfully launched the company’s Louisville office in 2009 and later successfully launched the MSP Division in 2017. In 2019 he joined a leading national recruiting firm as Managing Partner for the Nashville office, covering much of the Southeast. In his role, he managed a growing team of impeccable Executive Recruiters, while also running a full desk. In 2020, he launched the firm’s first national HCIT vertical and was profitable after the 1st quarter of operation. In his career, he has won multiple sales contests/trips and has had direct management responsibility for multiple contest winners due to his unparalleled service and commitment to his team. Sam spends his free time with his wife, Lisa, and their three daughters, who are all competitive dancers. Sam enjoys following the Titans and Predators. He holds a B.S. in Integrated Studies from Middle Tennessee State University and is on the board for Watermelon Ministries.
