Melissa is a Senior Principal Executive Search specialist who connects sales and marketing professionals with exceptionally high-growth brands in the CPG industry. She works to fill sales and marketing roles at the manager level and higher. She is both knowledgeable and passionate about the beverage industry. Melissa brings more than a decade of experience in the hospitality industry to ForceBrands. She’s previously worked in front-of-house management and as a bartender. She has sales experience from her time working at a food magazine in ad sales and at a Maine-based craft beer company where she helped to scale the brand and launch new products. Melissa holds a BA in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. Her driving force is connecting with people, especially if it involves live music.
