Biography
Since joining Isaacson, Miller in 2011, Kennedy has worked on leadership searches for organizations across the civic sector, including higher education, academic medicine, arts and culture, and advocacy. Some recent clients include Duke, MIT, Tuskegee, Montefiore Einstein, and the Student Conservation Association. Kennedy has helped build strong partnerships with repeat clients, such as the Peabody Essex Museum, NYU, and Washington University in St. Louis, where she helped the firm build a strategic partnership with the university advancement division. Prior to joining our firm, she worked at the University of Chicago Law School and recruited English teachers for a network of schools in Spain. Kennedy has also served as a medical advocate and crisis counselor with the Boston Area Rape Crisis Center since 2013. She holds a degree in International Relations from Tufts University.
